On this morning, November 26, in Vung Tau city, Boarc had the honor of welcoming Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee Phan Van Mai, Ministers of Ministries, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, and Government agencies, as well as delegated visitors, to the booth displaying works made from traditional Vietnamese bamboo toothpicks.
